“Cheerful people, who look on the bright side of the picture, and who are every ready to snatch victory from defeat, are always popular; they are not only happy in themselves, but the cause of happiness to others.”
Be happy every moment you can. There are 1440 minutes in a day – surely you can squeeze out a smile more than once! Train your mind to find the good and ENJOY and soon it will become a habit!

Preach it Sistah!
I am a firm believer of this…maybe because “The JOY of the Lord is my strength.” There is very little in life worth not smiling about. 🙂
I remember in high school a girl in my history class cuttingly said, “You laugh to much,” like it was a BAD thing. I was taken aback. Didn’t really now how to respond. It was my first of many run-ins with people who are unhappy in their lives and therefore want to make you feel wrong for being happy.
Go figure. Luckily over time, I run into more and more people who actually appreciate my attitude. Hmmm…maybe I’ll write about this. Thanks for the inspiration!
