These photographs are very sad photos to me. Can you see a sailboat in the first one? It is very near center, but some to the left, and white. The second is of the lake close to my home-can you see it? You should also be able to see a mountain over 6,000 high. Where is it?
The next two photos I took from the top of a small mountain road I could drive on to get the view.
Next is about 4PM looking at the Sacramento River and the sun. Lastly was this morning at 7:00AM.
The sun should have been blinding.
Northern California has over 1,000 fires and most are only 10% contained. Pray for us and I will pray for all of you – whether you be in the floods of the mid-west, in India and China, and Indonesia, with all the earthquakes – where ever you might be – let’s pray for the people of the world in these days of hardships and trauma. We cannot TRULY step into another’s moccasins – but we can have compassion and love and help when possible. CREATE your day!

I have you in my thoughts. (I’m really wishing I could somehow siphon off some of Iowa’s floodwater to send you for fire-dousing!)
