1 minute waterfall Rest and Relaxation

Take a breath and feel the cool spray of the water. Listen to the sound of the water as it descends to each lower level, and the roar of it all together. Think of the power of water and how wonderful it is
to drink it when you are hot and thirsty; how good it feels to soak in it. Think of the animals of the forest, and the birds. They enjoy a drink and maybe a bath too! Now take another breath and smell the fragrance of the trees and wildflowers.
