You’ve gotta love this guy!

big-dog

This love weighs 160 pounds and is two years old. His owner is 78 and a really nice old guy that stopped at my garage sale. I just had to snap his photo. Funny thing was, and I am not being mean, they both had “problem” teeth.

I worked for three or four days getting ready for a garage sale and then one hour after putting my signs out I decided I didn’t want to have garage sales any more! I made $10.00, packed up the stuff and gave it to a neighbor who makes his living (WWII vet) by having yard sales.

I don’t know what clicked in my brain but after years of having fun and profitable garage sales, I just am through! Was good then….isn’t now, I guess.

Hope all is well with you and the world. I am writing on a website (several other blogs too) now, so that has become one of my passions. Also – the weather is absolutely perfect. A week ago it was 115 and today it was 73. Yahoo! Finally the cool-down.
I am going to kayak with my girlfriend on Thursday and it should be a beautiful fall day-temperatures are now ranging between 73 and 86…perfecto!

ENJOY YOUR LIFE! Moment by moment…because I am telling you the truth before you know it you will be one of those aging people you look at now and (I hope not) – ridicule. They are all of us in the future. Be kind! 🙂

Yes he does. What a “pup”. My pup is now 45 pounds and 4 months – I’ll post a photo and update soon. God bless!

I should be having a garage sale..goodness knows I need (I’ve had them before) but just can’t bring myself to do it? Hmm.. This dog is cute too-

I’ve had so many garage sales and I really had prices on everything and it was all set up. Something just snapped and I couldn’t do it! I think part of it might be the couple of gals who breezed through the things like it was trash. I always have cleaned up and washed everything I sell, and really wouldn’t sell trashy things. Oh well – Bless them! Thanks for your comments!

Thats funny..the first time I left a message it was my link but with (NDE)..this experience I had..instead of the regular link (the one I left after)..though they both link to my blog..if you click them you’ll notice the differance. Thanks for your kind words you sent as well!
