Here is the best reason I have ever heard for just “turning” the covers down on the beds and not making them each day! The air freshens the sheets and dries out any moisture that may be left on them, and at the same time kills bed mites! Don’t cringe…we all have bed mites we can’t see! YUK.
I will never make a bed again!

Namaste dear Marsha amma,
(the way we greet elders in India)
I am in Bangalore today, along with my wife who is a diabetic and she is suffering from shoulder pain too. We came here for her treatmen. Thank you for the beautiful flowers. This city is called garden city in India. If possible I will send some photos.
All well here and hope that you are having comfortable time with husband and all loved ones.
Regards
Prasad

Thank you for the respectful greeting. Never thought of myself as an “elder” (oh drat!) – I knew that wisdom came from somewhere – haha! If you don’t mind me asking, what “treatments” does your wife get for her diabetes and also the shoulder pain. I worked with chronic pain control patients a few years ago, and I am hoping she is doing well. Glad you liked the flowers. I would love to see some photos. I made a three layer cake for my husband and he was quite surprised. He turned 53 yesterday and is as handsome as ever. We are fine and I hope you and your wife and family are also good.
Warmly and with blessings to you all!

Hi. I am a new follower and looking forward to reading all your posts. I hope you are better now. I loled when I read your post on stress management and not to take myself seriously.
I am afraid I do, all too often.

Thanks so much. I think we all take ourselves too seriously sometimes. My little mama told me “the party started before we got here, and it will go on after we leave – so we should just relax and enjoy it!” A wise woman.
