Don’t know if you read my post about the pace technology is accelerating at, but it was a bit thought-provoking for sure, and a bit frightening.
Found this and wanted to post it:

“A robot has killed a contractor at one of Volkswagen’s production plants in Germany, the automaker said Wednesday.

The man died Monday at the plant in Baunatal, about 100 kilometers (62 miles) north of Frankfurt, VW spokesman Heiko Hillwig said.
The 22-year-old was part of a team that was setting up the stationary robot when it grabbed and crushed him against a metal plate

Now if that isn’t frightening, I don’t know what is! The people in charge are dismayed because they don’t know who to hold responsible. If you don’t mind digging a bit, you can read the post I wrote a while back. I will try to find it myself and re-post it. We really needed something else to be worried about, eh?
I’m just saying…………..
No worries though, just override all the problems – just enjoy the moments of this day, and share love and kindness! These moments are all we have! Don’t think I’ll ever get a robot to clean my house or replace my dog!

That is really scary, especially since my husband has several robots made by the same company in his factory! He doesn’t work with them directly, but he does have to walk by them…
